ray mallon by whatever means, had his full criminal history cleared by cleveland police force england,on 13may2010,his attempts to hide the case of operation lancett charges brought against him over 400 charges as a civilian he stood for mayor with the helpof mps of this government,and now stands for an election again in 2011,ray mallon admitted 14 offences of wrong doing as a clevleland police officer for which was ignored by all involved costing middlesbrough millions before the iraq war ,and tony blair

BURGLAR WRECKS HOME 14 JUNE 2010 GAZETTE,a year of 10 court cases,18/20 witnesses named in court transcripts but did not turn up at court,
sg4 radiator blood (only evidence)found at the scene of damage
trainers found at 155 marshal ave,used as evidence against the convicted person on 13may2010
convicted person lived at 155 palister ave ,
green forensics stated he sent the forensics blood sg4 to northormesby,
22march09,pacey stated she deleivered the sg4/sg3/sg5 blood samples to hq ladgate lane,at 1445 on 23march09,
crawford dc that stated he never went into damaged scene of crime,stated he had the sg4 blood sample on 23march09 between 1739-1817,and that he sent it off to forensics,he also stated at the same time that it was the blood of the convicted person found on the radiator on the 23 march at 1817,23march before forensics received the sample sg4,
sg3/sg5 dissapeared
sg4 was the only sample against the convicted which found him guilty on 13may2010,
why did dc chaytor not give any statements in court as the officer involved with the case,
why does dc crawfords statements contradict greens statemants asto who sent sg4 to forensics
why didnt the forensics turn up at court to give evidence
why didnt the prosecution give the defence requested information to the defence when judge told them to do so on 15 feb2010
why did only 4 witnesses turn up at court,
why wasnt my solicitor freers allowed to give evidence of corruption in cleveland police force

NO SOLICITOR WILL PROPERLY DEFEND ME,
in a CLOSED crown court case without a jury on th 15th febuary,
ERIMUS THREATS OF EVICTIONS 17 FEBUARYa letter was sent applying for eviction today,13feb.

IPCC UPHELD,my complaints that police falsly arrested me and detained me,
POLICE stopped me working for 8years,
POLICE interfered with evidence in all cases against me,
21TIMES arrested for allegations of crimes,hearsay,NO CONVICTIONS OF ANY,
POLICE interfered with the course of justice,lost and tampered with evidence,
POLICE apposed my claims for cica injuries,groin,jaw,head,denied that a crime took place,THEN ADMITTED id been assaulted at a cica tribunal hearing.
POLICE held me for 11 hours in cells,denied me medical attention,
ALL SINCE 2002,when ray mallon took over as mayor of middlesbrough,
THE SAME MAYOR who admitted 14 out of 400 allegations,
THE SAME MAYOR,whos crb dsiclosures should contain 400 offences,
THE SAME MAYOR,who still works with the vulnerable,
THE SAME MAYOR,cost middlesbrough 8 million in operation lancett enquiree,
THE SAME MAYOR,who had the allegations made whilst he was a police officer,detective,or cheif superintendant,
RAY MALLON, harrassed ME and my family,
RAY MALLON,has the access to all he implimented towards me with the 5 executive in charge of all government offices in cleveland,
RAY MALLON,abused my human rights to live,
ALL OF which has lead to my detriment and standing as an unemployed person,who has no future in middlesbrough where ive lived all my life,
it has been a harrowing,harrassed,intimidating,stressfull,fight to clear my name in the crb disclosures government process to try and get justice that no mp or newspapers will take on board,fighting government processes and a criminal mayor with access to all he imposed on me,with too much power

it is blair that introduced the nothing to fear legacy then after operation lancett went off to a brighter future,and being a northerner,left northeast in a state of resession,its only the north that suffers the consequences of a bad mayor in middlesbrough,who in his own veiws should not be dioing a job involving the vulnerable cause he admitted 14 offences of abusing the vulnerable he continued to abuse the vulnerable by allowing bus companies to advertise children on the sides of buses as asbo kids,when under aged kids should have been protected by law,heres a saying ,the fences around schools are there to protect them ,putting corruption in middlesbrough at the hands of a corrupt mayor is asking a criminal to be a mayor,im more entitled to be mayor i have 4 on my crb disclosure ,all based on hearsay and without evidence convicted to the point i might as well kill myself ,

the data abuses reported are a serious misconduct by officals trusted by those who seek the trust,as to fear the data abuses well theres only one way to deal with it its to, commit suicide,thats what your facing in your future ,because beleive it or not, its not policing ,if its the police, that is giving you data abuse like it is me,its not serving a purpose if you reduced to not being able to work with the public anymore,as a bus driver with a 10 year career behind me,formally clean until 2002,then abused by robo copt,who introduced it all,a bent copt,who not only ,is abusive to the words crb disclosure,and to asbo itself,by adbmitting to 14 allegations of police corruption, you have nothing to fear as long as even though you lost a high profile job because of corruption in a police force ,nobody wanted to investigate it thoroughly because of the threats of being involved,robo copt the defective detective.
